how to guarantee booth arrives for show?

How do I guarantee that my boot arrives in time for the show and is ready for setup when we get there? I have been to shows before that the booth did not show up and we had to exhibit with nothing.

The best thing to do is contact the show organizer and get the information for advanced warehousing. If you ship your display to advance warehousing before their closing date they will make sure the display is in your boot space ready for setup during the installation date.

Advance warehousing may close anywhere from a few days before the show to a month prior depending on the location and size of show.
